The Purdue Online Writing Lab (OWL). The Online Writing Lab (OWL) at Purdue University houses writing resources and instructional material, as a free service of the Writing Lab at Purdue. Students, members of the community, and users worldwide will find information to assist with many writing projects.

The University of North Carolina Writing Center The center has a great collection of brief and very helpful handouts on common issues faced by writers. They include how to write a literature review, understand assignments, conquer procrastination, master articles (a, the, etc.) and many more. The center's website also includes a section specifically for ESL writers.

APA Style Blog. The APA Style Blog is the official companion to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, Sixth Edition. It's run by a group of experts who work with APA Style every day. Use the search feature to find answers to your questions about APA Style.

Best of the APA Style Blog. This page includes sample APA articles and papers (pdf) as well as highlights from the past year.

Rasmussen College APA Formating Guide. Everything you need to properly format an APA document including MS Word tutorials and a sample template.

Guide to Citation Managers. A citation manager can save you time and aggravation by allowing you to take notes on and annotate sources, share articles, and, best of all, automatically format in-text citations and bibliographic references. This comparison chart from PennState will help you decide which software best fits your needs.
